Terms of Service

FlipLedgers is a web application that helps resellers track inventory, sales, and profit after fees, and produce year-end tax-organizer exports. The Service is an organizer and informational tool — it is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Figures shown are estimates based on the information you enter; confirm anything important with a qualified professional.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Keep your login secure. Accounts are for a single person or business; don’t share credentials.

A free tier is available. The Pro plan is $12/month following a 7-day free trial, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting Pro you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice.

Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, probe or breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You own the data you enter. You can export a full copy or delete it at any time. We process your data to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations are suitable for filing taxes without review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipLedgers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
