Privacy Policy

Account info: your email address, used to log you in. Your business data: the inventory, sales, expenses, and goals you enter. Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Payments: your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

To provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, process Pro subscriptions, send you account emails (like login links), and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we don’t use it to serve ads.

We rely on a few trusted providers, each processing data only to perform their function: Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (account email), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting).

Data is stored on infrastructure in the United States. Access is restricted by row-level security so you can only ever see your own data, and administrative keys are kept server-side, never exposed to the browser.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export a full copy anytime from the Backup page, and you can delete your data or ask us to delete your account — once deleted, it’s gone.

We use cookies only to keep you logged in (your session). We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. To make a request, email support@flipledgers.com.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16.

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
